Features And Fixes

  • Add direct local Mastra tracing to UC-linked MLflow experiments, with profile-based authentication, automatic trace-location discovery, and shutdown flushing. Requires optional @mlflow/core; deployed Databricks Apps retain platform-managed export.
  • Correct MLflow trace-tag persistence and user attribution. Record agent, Genie, model, local execution, and authentication tags, preserving both modes on mixed-auth turns.
  • Expose helpers for custom trace tags. Filter unrelated HTTP/cache spans from local exports and disable request-level tracing in the demo.

Breaking Changes

  • No breaking API changes identified. Custom telemetry consumers should use mlflow.traceTag.genie instead of mlflow.trace.tag.genie.
