ModelCapabilities fields

Capabilities used to determine whether a request can remain on a direct path.

  • responses: True when the model can serve the Databricks Responses API.
  • openResponses: True when the model can serve OpenAI Responses.
  • chat: True when the model can serve Chat Completions.
  • anthropic: True when the model can serve Anthropic Messages.
  • embeddings: True when the model can serve embeddings.
  • aiGatewayCodex: True when the model is reachable through AI Gateway Codex.
  • tools: True when the model accepts tools.
  • reasoning: True when the model accepts reasoning effort.
  • streaming: True when the model can stream tokens.
  • parallelTools: True when the model can run multiple tools in one turn.
  • customTools: True when the model accepts custom tool definitions.
  • structuredOutput: True when the model can return structured output.
  • webSearch: True when the model can use web search.
