Immediate lifecycle event emitted when an ask_genie invocation begins.

StartedEvent fields

• conversationId (optional): Existing Genie conversation id for a follow-up turn. Absent on the first turn.
• messageId (optional): Genie message id once the first wire message event has arrived.
• content: Question the Genie agent sent to Genie.
