Purpose attached to a Genie text response.
The generated Databricks SDK schema currently knows only
FOLLOW_UP_QUESTION, while the live Genie API also emits
TEXT_ATTACHMENT_PURPOSE_ANSWER for the primary answer text. Keep the
known values discoverable and accept future string values so an additive
server-side enum change cannot invalidate an otherwise complete message.
