mapConcurrent<
T,R>(values,callback,options):Promise<R[]>
Map values through a bounded worker pool while preserving input order.
Active callbacks are always allowed to settle. In fail-fast mode no new
callback starts after the first observed rejection. Settle mode attempts
every value and reports all failures in input order through AggregateError.
