Repository-consistent file watching over Chokidar.
Reuse watchFiles() when live workflows must match findFiles()
discovery and the central ignore catalogue. The wrapper expands globs once,
prunes ignored directories consistently, and preserves Chokidar’s native
watcher result for callers.
