learnReasoningLevelsFromError(

Parse an upstream error body and persist the supported ladder for model.
Accepts the same nested Databricks envelopes as parseReasoningLevels. Returns the levels that were stored (or the current lookup when parse yields nothing). The raw error body is never cached.
