resolveProjectGhAccount(

Resolve and cache the authenticated gh account that can access a project’s
remote. SSH alias account hints win, followed by the active account on the
effective SSH/HTTPS host, then other authenticated accounts. Every candidate
is verified against the repository before it is returned.
