Node-only discovery and file loading for the shared brand context.
This module owns repository-wide brand file discovery, YAML/JSON loading,
validation, defaulting, and relative asset resolution. Reuse it instead of
teaching each CLI or docs generator how to locate and parse brand files. The
browser-safe contract itself remains owned by @dbx-tools/shared-core.
