resolvePublicGatewayAddresses(
host,fetcher?):Promise<string[]>
Resolves public IPv4 addresses for a Databricks service-direct gateway.
Returns an empty list for other hostnames. DNS-over-HTTPS requests time out after five seconds and reject invalid responses.
