One Lakebase-persisted AppKit user-to-Sandbox assignment.

• workspaceScope: Workspace identity that contains the machine.
• userId: AppKit user identity allowed to use the machine.
• machineId: Databricks Sandbox identifier.
• managedName (optional): Databricks Sandbox name recorded at create time. Owner and expiration live in this row, not in the name.
• expiresAt (optional): Service-managed expiration; absent only on legacy rows awaiting reaping.
• createdAt: Time the assignment was first persisted.
