Mastra workspace factory for Databricks Apps.

Builds native Mastra workspace configuration from Databricks paths. Paths mount at the same path by default, ~ resolves to the current user’s Databricks workspace home, and /tmp[/subpath] resolves to stable user-scoped storage under the host’s ephemeral temp directory.

Databricks mounts use @dbx-tools/databricks DatabricksFileSystem wrapped by filesystems; inaccessible roots are skipped independently.
