marker is deliberately redundant with chartId: the host still keys the cache by id, while the model gets the exact opaque token to copy into prose and has no reason to invent or retype a UUID.

chartToolOutput fields

• chartId: Opaque id minted by the chart subsystem. Embed verbatim as [chart:<chartId>] in agent prose; the host UI resolves it against this cache entry.
• marker: Exact embed marker. Copy this complete value verbatim onto its own line; never construct a marker from chartId.
